- Prepare Base-map considering the existing Topographic condition for the Planning/ Design base; - Planning the Residential area that includes: Master Plan - Layout Plan, Land use Plan of the areas - Superimposed Map on DAP of RAJUK - Superimposed Map along with Satellite image - Location Mapping - Utility Mapping (Gas, water supply, electricity, drainage system, sewerage system, solid waste management) - Road network plan - Traffic circulation plan - Land subdivision mapping (Sectoral/ Block/ Zonal/ Neighbourhood plan) - GIS Database Development of the Masterplan - Detail layout & maps for DTCA (the entire areas) - Detail layout, maps for DoE (the entire areas)
