<p>On behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO) as the lead implementing agency. The consultant valued the invitation to the Biosafety level-2+ (BSL-2+) laboratory is applicable to clinical, diagnostic, teaching and research facilities where there is no access to the BSL-3 laboratory. In this laboratory, work is performed with agents that may cause serious or potentially lethal disease through inhalation to the personnel and may contaminate the environment. In general, BSL-2+ laboratory means the application of BSL-3 practices and procedures in a BSL-2 laboratory to provide additional safety and protective enhancement. The technical approach and methodology of the task to be conducted to accomplish the stated objectives and activities stated in the concept note are presented in the following sections keeping the complexity of the task in mind. We have used our experience experts while preparing this methodology. However, before presenting the technical approach and methodologies, in light of the concept note, our understanding of the project documents is discussed. </p>
