Detailed narrative description of project: The main objective of the project is to mitigate or reduce the need for annual emergency funds and response programs by increasing capacity and resilience of targeted communities in Chittagong Hill Tracts, specifically the Bandarban Sadar and Lama Upazilas in Bandarban District. As per requirement of the project, the consultant will undertake the following major activities:  • Identify whether the desired changes have been achieved,  • Measure the results of the project,  • Prepare inception report and submit to CRS • Training on Data Collection Tools and CRS Policies • Assess the appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the overall interventions. • Data Collection Plan preparation • Data collection tools field tested and revised • Recruitment of data enumerators & Training for the data enumerators • Data collection at study area (Questionnaire survey, FGD, KII, Endline Checklist) • Data Cleaned, Analyzed and Compiled • Datasets (or recordings and transcripts/notes), codebooks, syntax or do files submission • Participatory reflection event held (CRS, CB, BNKS, Tahzingdong) Detailed description of actual
