Description:

The main objectives of the project are details Land Acquisition Plan and Schedule Preparation for Proposed Gas Pipeline Installment in Cox’s Bazar District under Moheshkhali-Anowara Gas Transmission Parallel Pipeline Project. As per requirement of preparation of Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Plot Schedule of the project, the Consultant will undertake the following major activities: • Review of relevant policies and legal framework of Bangladesh Government; • Preparation of land acquisition plan for the land area to be affected by the project; • Prepare plot schedule for LAP; • Process data and prepare digital maps of land to be acquired by the project; • Checking / Review  of 'Cha'  form,  'Uma'  form,  Field  book  ('Gha'  form)  and  Land  Schedule   and collection of khatians  no., name  & case  no. if any missing  along the pipeline  route  and filling  the  same  from  missing  khatians;  • Rerouting of the pipeline route if necessary. Checking /Review of the cadastral & Mouza Maps (RS and BS) and collection of the same if missing; • Preparation of Route in trenching clothes (at least seven sets) showing relevant installations along the route; • Taking still picture and video of the land along the pipeline in consultation with DC offices; • Preparation of layout plan with appropriate scale if required; • Preparation of documents in land acquisition and requisition related activities as per Act 2017; • Resolve of Dispute/Arbitration (if any); • Submission of Report for DLAC ot DC and others.
