<p>The purpose of the assignment to prepare IEC materials (flipbooks/chart) targeting volunteer and youth/adolescent, children’s and adults to promote DRM issues and address topics related DRM awareness (Disaster-Concept, risk, preparedness and mitigation) and also develop 03 days training module that might have three chapters such as, Strategical situation of Cox’s Bazar as disaster prone area, Concept of DRR & CCA & principles, community based disaster preparedness process and method for Rohingya and host community level, roles and responsibilities of DMCs at the different levels, inclusion and gender transformation - to be used for capacity building of Plan and partner staff level, UzDMC, UDMC, CDMC throughout emergency response program . Specific Objectives of the Assignment are-<br>• To review existing IEC materials and training module (including from Plan International; and working agencies DRM materials, Cox’s Bazar) for developing an understanding of project activities and beneficiaries;<br>• To Organize 2 workshop -1-day workshop to present concepts and ideas, and for Plan staff and get feedback and ideas and 1 day another workshop to validation of draft IEC materials and module;<br>• To develop IEC materials (flipbooks/chart) targeting volunteer and youth/adolescent, children’s and adults to promote DRM issues and address topics related DRM awareness (Disaster-Concept, risk, preparedness and mitigation);<br>• To Develop a 03 days training module that might have three chapters such as: Strategical situation of Cox’s Bazar as disaster prone area, Concept of DRR & CCA & principles, community-based disaster preparedness process and method for Rohingya and host community level, roles and responsibilities of DMCs at the different levels, inclusion and gender transformation - to be used for capacity building of Plan and partner staff level, UzDMC, UDMC, CDMC throughout emergency response program; <br>• Test the above with the target audience in camp and host communities.</p>
