The main objective of the assignment is Identify the “clusters” where Kontoor Brands, Inc.’s supplying factories’ workers are living in the selected areas, assess the existing WASH facilities of the clusters and identify the WASH demands through participatory interventions. Prepare GIS map, Web Map Visualization and database of the identified clusters focusing on WASH findings and other major features. Conduct an end-line evaluation in the project communities with an aim to evaluate the effectiveness project interventions in achieving the project outcomes. Assess the improved WASH facilities and WASH behaviors of Kontoor Brands, Inc.’s supplying factories’ workers through participatory interventions.
