<p>The primary goal of this objective is to appoint an Implementation & Supervision Consultant (PISC) to oversee the monitoring, supervision, and documentation preparation of distribution networks, as well as the surveying of suitable locations for installing submarine cables and optical fiber communication links across the channels of Kolatoli Char, Kazir Char, and Dhal Char. The Project Implementation & Supervision Consultant (PISC) will be responsible for detailed surveying, planning, engineering, designing, and supervising the construction and renovation works, including the testing and commissioning of 11 kV, 11/0.4kV, 0.4kV, and 0.23 kV overhead lines, along with 11/0.4kV pole-mounted transformers and a 11 kV AIS Switching Sub-Station. Additionally, the scope includes the laying of 11 kV submarine cables in the Monpura Upazilla under the "Up-gradation and Extension of Power Distribution System in Monpura Islands" Project. The consultant must visit these islands and chars to review the WZPDCL's records related to distribution lines and sub-stations, ensuring the adequacy and completeness of the information. They will verify in the field whether the WZPDCL's findings are still valid, and if found inadequate, they will reassess and re-survey the facilities to determine the actual required works. Based on this survey, the consultant will prepare detailed planning and sketch drawings using AutoCAD, showing the planned system for new construction and renovation on each char and island within the Monpura Electric Supply. During the execution of consultancy services, the consulting firm must have appropriate logistics, including transport and office accommodation with adequate space for meetings with WZPDCL representatives, computers, office furniture, communication facilities, and necessary manpower. They must also be equipped with essential tools such as Meggers, Clamp on Meters, Voltmeters, Power Factor Meters, Earth Testers, Survey Equipment, and Measuring Instruments to execute the assignment effectively.</p>
