The overall objective of the assignment is to publish the result of the research for wider public acknowledgement and knowledge in Anticipatory Action. Base line and End line questionnaire survey, Household level survey, Establish the status of ANTICIPATION project indicators that are proposed in the log frame, Quantitative Data Collection, Qualitative Data Collection, Data Processing and Analysis, Data Triangulation & Validation, Data Analysis, Transcribing the FGD/KII Transcripts Quick review of the baseline data collection tool • Establish the status of ANTICIPATION project indicators that are proposed in the log frame. • Assess the status of the community’s anticipatory actions for disaster mitigation before implementing the project. • Propose an approach for assessing the effectiveness and impact of this project at its completion. It is necessary to define this study with the knowledge that there will be an endline study for comparison.  • Supervise and analyzing the data collection process and documenting the findings • Summarized the key data against each indicator . • Provide Training for data collection tools, analysis etc. • Describe capacity of capacity of DMCs on disaster and climate resilience action • Increase capacities and leadership of target communities. • Strengthen and protect the livelihoods of the most vulnerable socio-economic groups
