Developing one module and facilitating training on Gender-responsive Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation-Em Power-II

  • Review project documents, concept notes, project outputs, Training Need Assessment report, etc.
  • Conducted the two-day long action-oriented training (hand-to-hand) session in 5 project areas separately for low literacy stakeholders
  • Developed an area-wise contextual module to cover challenges and opportunities of each area
  • Designed content and did one pre-discussion with marginalized CSOs to understand the context before finalizing the content.
  • Provided one training module, taking feedback, and finalizing the module.
