October 7th, 2024, marks the official kickoff of the Master Plan Preparation under Improving Urban Governance & Infrastructure Program (IUGIP) project in Bangladesh!
A joint venture between Data Experts (Pvt.) Limited [datEx], DevConsultants Limited (DevCon), and Geo-Planning for Advanced Development (GPAD) Ltd is proud to be leading the development of comprehensive Master Plans for 15 municipalities across the country.
Funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), this initiative will create a blueprint for sustainable urban development, encompassing:
* Structure Plan
* Land Use Plan
* Transportation and Traffic Management Plan
* Drainage & Utility Services Plan
* Environmental & Disaster Management Plan
* Urban Services Plan
* Ward Action Plan
* Financial Investment Plan
We are excited to collaborate with the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and municipalities to build thriving and resilient urban spaces.
